If you&amp;rsquo;re using high-density racks, the top layers end up acting like a shield, leaving the bottom pads shivering in the cold.&#xA;To fix this, we play around with the wattage or shift the spacing of the infrared tubes. For the bigger components, we pack more lamps into the center zone. Why? Because that&amp;rsquo;s where &amp;ldquo;cold spots&amp;rdquo; love to hide. If the resin doesn&amp;rsquo;t cure there, the whole part is scrap.&#xA;And you have to pick the right &amp;ldquo;flavor&amp;rdquo; of IR. Shortwave digs deep into the pad. Medium-wave is your go-to for the surface.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The Layout Struggle&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;We usually stagger the lamps in a vertical array. If you line them up perfectly, you get &amp;ldquo;striping&amp;rdquo;—those annoying lines where the part didn&amp;rsquo;t get enough heat. Nobody wants that.&#xA;We also use custom frames so you can tweak the distance between the tube and the part. But be careful here.&#xA;It&amp;rsquo;s tempting to cram more wattage into a tiny space to save room on the shop floor. Don&amp;rsquo;t do it. You&amp;rsquo;ll overheat the quartz envelopes. Plus, if your ventilation can&amp;rsquo;t pull that ambient heat out fast enough, your controllers will just shut the whole thing down to save themselves.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Making it Work on the Floor&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;The secret to a wall that actually works is zoned control.&#xA;We split the wall into three or four different banks. This way, you can dial in the heat for the top, middle, and bottom separately.&#xA;It makes life so much easier. When you switch product lines, you don&amp;rsquo;t have to tear the whole wall apart and start over. You just tweak the settings and get back to work.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
