Introduction
We built these industrial infrared fan heaters for one reason: to give you serious, targeted heat without wrecking the air you breathe. Think about those kerosene stoves in remote workshops. They get the job done, sure, but they’re basically burning fuel right where you’re working. Not ideal. Our electric infrared units cut out that open flame and replace it with clean, radiant warmth. The whole point? Keep the person working warm, while keeping the air in the room actually breathable.
The Power Behind the Warmth
Here’s the heart of it: these heaters run on serious power. A standard unit is built around a 400V system, pulling 2500W to pump out intense radiant heat. Why 400V? It’s a smart move. It lets us deliver high power without needing huge, heavy wiring. That means you can run these units on long feeder lines to remote sites without the voltage dropping off. And the 300mm tube? That’s all about keeping the footprint small and focusing the heat right where you need it. Just keep one thing in mind: that 2500W tube throws off a lot of ambient heat. Make sure the surrounding equipment and your ventilation are ready for it. Plan your airflow and cooling before you set this up.
What’s Inside: The Build
The heating tube itself is wrapped in quartz, filled with halogen, and finished with a reflective coating. Quartz is tough. It handles those rapid temperature swings without breaking a sweat, so the output stays steady. The halogen cycle keeps the element clean, stopping that blackening that kills performance over time. And the reflective coating? It pushes more of that infrared energy forward, so more heat hits your target instead of going to waste. When it comes to installation, we use R7s connectors. They’re built to take the heat, make a solid connection, and turn the tube into a simple drop-in replacement. Wire it up, clamp it in, and it stays put—even when things get rough on the factory floor.
Clean Heat, Built for the Real World
In those remote spots where ventilation is limited, kerosene stoves fill the air with soot and combustion byproducts. Our infrared fan heaters wipe that problem out. The radiant heat warms people and objects directly, and the built-in fan moves air around without recirculating any of that mess. For the folks designing and running these spaces, it means performance you can count on. The heater fires up instantly, holds its output steady, and barely asks for maintenance. It’s compact, easy to mount, and the heat is right where you want it. You get localized warmth that keeps work moving, without ever sacrificing the air quality indoors.
