It doesn’t melt, it doesn’t off-gas, and it just handles the heat. But honestly? The material is only half the battle. We don’t believe in “random sampling.” That’s a gamble you just can’t take with high-voltage gear. A single pinhole in the jacket or a tiny nick in the conductor can trigger a ground fault and shut everything down. Just a heads-up: PTFE is a bit stiffer than silicone. If your setup involves a lot of tight, repeated bending, keep an eye on your bend radius. You don’t want to put too much stress on the conductor. When you actually drop these into your system, the insulation keeps leakage current in check. That means no “ghost signals” messing with your sensitive sensors. We push our wiring to the limit so it’s never the weak link in your chain. Just one tip: if you’re running your heaters at the very top of the Teflon thermal range, make sure your airflow is dialed in. You don’t want heat soak eating away at the jacket over time.
