We designed these lamps for the reality of non-stop curing. The 400V high-voltage setup gives you stable, high-current performance, so the lamp responds instantly to those short dwell times. The 300mm tube length creates a focused heating zone that fits right into your standard wafer carriers and tool footprints. At 2500W, the power is serious. It cures fast, no doubt. But that kind of power needs proper cooling. Make sure you have enough airflow and thermal management in the chamber. Otherwise, you’ll cook the surrounding components, and the lamp’s lifespan will take a hit.
Built to Take a Beating
The tube itself is quartz, chosen for its ability to handle sudden temperature changes and its strong performance in the shortwave infrared band. A halogen fill keeps the filament stable and extends the lamp’s life, cutting down on those unexpected failures. The coating is carefully chosen to keep the heat even and stop particles from breaking loose when things get hot. For a secure fit, the R7s connector locks everything in place, handling vibration and expansion without shifting. And the Sk15 termination option makes wiring in tight spots a breeze, which helps prevent hot spots at the connection.
